A man suspected of ramraiding a branch of Greggs man before stealing a charity collection box has appeared in court
Liam Facey has been charged with burglary following the incident at Shotton Colliery Industrial Estate earlier this week.
A black Land Rover was captured on CCTV reversing into the Greggs premises on Cook Way at around 9.10pm on Monday, January 9.
A significant amount of damage was caused to the property and a charity tin was taken from inside.

Following a police pursuit on Wednesday, Mr Facey, of Easington Lane, was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
He has been charged with two counts of commercial burglary, two counts of residential burglary, and robbery.
The 22-year-old appeared at Peterlee Magistrates’ Court on Friday and was remanded into custody to appear at Durham Crown Court next month.
