A man in his 40s has been found dead in a caravan parked up on an industrial estate.
Police were called to the Canon Park Industrial Estate in Teesside on Saturday (January 7) by ambulance staff after the man was found deceased in the mobile home.
Officers have confirmed that the man’s death is not being treated as suspicious.

A spokesperson for Cleveland Police told The Northern Echo: “Just before 2pm on Saturday, police were called to the Newport area of Middlesbrough by Ambulance Service colleagues. A man in his 40s had sadly been found deceased in a caravan.
“The man’s death is not currently being treated as suspicious and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.”

According to reports the caravan was still parked up on the Middlesbrough industrial estate on Monday morning.
A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson added: "We were called to a medical incident in the Newport area of Middlesbrough shortly before 1.30pm on 7 January.
"We dispatched two ambulance crews and a clinical team leader."
