The category celebrates businesses that have more than two venues as part of their restaurant portfolio.
The popular restaurant, which is a firm favourite with people in the North East, celebrated by posting on social media about their nomination and the potential to land the accolade in 2023.
Andrew Crook, president of the National Federation of Fish Friers said: "The final three for Multiple Operator have now undergone three rounds of extensive judging and are well deserving of this shortlisting position.
"It’s been a difficult few years for the fish and chip industry, as well as the rest of the world, so it’s great to celebrate businesses that are continuing to succeed.”
The awards ceremony, hosted by The National Federation of Fish Friers, will take place on February 28, 2023, at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
Comedian and presenter Jason Manford will present this year’s awards and although the guest list is industry-focused, tickets are also open to the general public and discounted accommodation is available with ticket sales.
