Police are hunting for a knifeman with a 'high-pitched' voice who stole cash from a till at a North East shop on Christmas Day.
The incident happened at 11.56 am at Jay’s News on Birchington Avenue, Grangetown on Sunday, December 25.
The knife-wielding robber stoll stole cash from a till before fleeing the scene on foot.

The suspect was wearing a face covering but has been described as being six-foot tall with blue eyes, grey hair, with a high-pitched voice and a distinctive walk.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: “Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who may have information regarding it, is asked to contact Redcar and Cleveland CID on the non-emergency number 101, quoting incident number 231134.
