Discount retailer B&M has submitted plans to open a new store and garden centre at a busy North East shopping mall and retail park.
The plans would see the discount retailer take over the former Buzz Bingo hall at Manor Walks Shopping Centre, Cramlington, and build a new fenced off garden centre.
The discount giant would move from its current location in the town next to Dunelm into the former bingo hall and add a new garden centre to the rear.

Planning permission for the new site was granted last month and work could be underway soon.
Inside, the bingo hall will see tables and chairs removed and replaced with aisle of retail space.
Plans seen by The Northern Echo show how some parking spaces will be removed to allow for a garden centre to be built at the side and rear of the building, with a 4.8-meter-high fence constructed around the new outdoor area.
New signage will also be erected around the building to advertise the store.

The shop will also create 25 new jobs in the area, while 35 staff who work at the current site will be moved to the new outlet.
B&M currently employs more than 35,500 people across the UK, according to its latest company accounts.
The chain is famous for its wide selection of products, including homeware, groceries and DIY at cheap prices.
It comes just weeks after discount retailer and B&M competitor Boyes opened at Manor Walks, the brand’s first store north of the Tyne.
