The Christmas season is a time when bins fill up fast and with bin collection dates altered, this can sometimes lead to some confusion.

County Durham Bin Collections this Christmas
Durham council has shared that bin collection times will be changing, sharing: "Bin collections will take place one day later than normal from Tuesday 27 December to Friday 30 December, starting from Wednesday 28 to Saturday 31 December."
They also added that normal collections will resume on Tuesday 3 January.

Darlington Bin Collections this Christmas
Darlington council have shared the amended bin collection times for the local area.
They stated on their website: "Bank holidays don’t affect bin collections except at Christmas and New Year."
Across the festive period, there is little change in bin collection.
