Millions of England fans have been left crestfallen after the national team fell to reigning champions France in a dramatic game.
In the lead-up to the game, England fans gathered in pubs and other public areas, excited to watch Southgate's England take on France in a blockbuster clash.
This jubilation and party atmosphere turned more somber after the quarter hour mark as Tchouameni's long-range effort put France ahead.
Shortly before the hour mark, hopes were raised after England won a penalty and Harry Kane swiftly converted.

Heartbreakingly, England's good efforts were for nought as France took the lead again through Giroud and Kane shockingly missed a second penalty.
With this, the night ended in misery for many England fans as they were unfortunately dumped out of the competition.
