A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving and left in hospital after crashing into two parked cars on a North East street.
Police are appealing for more information after a 37-year-old man crashed into two parked cars on Valley Road in Middlesbrough in the early hours of Saturday (November 26) morning.
The crash, which caused the driver's Fiat Panda to roll onto its roof, saw the driver collide with an Audi A1 and Mistubishi L200 at 1:25am.
Meanwhile, the man suffered a fractured sternum and was treated at James Cook University Hospital, and has since been released.

After his release, police arrested the man on suspicion of drink driving.
In a statement, a Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "At 1:25am, the car was travelling southbound towards Bishopton Road when it collided with a grey Audi A1 and a black Mitsubishi L200 which were parked on Valley Road.
"The Fiat Panda overturned and rolled onto its roof.
"The 37-year-old driver was taken to James Cook University Hospital where he received treatment for a fractured sternum, before he was released and arrested on suspicion of drink driving."

Police are now seeking more information on the incident and have appealed for any CCTV or dashcam footage in the lead up to the event.
