A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after he crashed his vehicle on the A66.
The incident happened on Thursday, November 24 at around 10:45pm.
Police, fire service and the ambulance service were all in attendance and a woman received treatment from paramedics at the scene.
The road was temporarily blocked while one of the vehicles involved was recovered.
A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said: “Just after 10:45pm last night a collision involving a Ford Fiesta and a van happened on the Cargo Fleet roundabout near McDonald’s.
“A woman received treatment from ambulance colleagues at the scene and Fire Brigade colleagues also attended.
“The road was temporarily blocked during the incident and while the Ford was recovered.
“A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving without insurance and on suspicion of drink driving. He was interviewed and released on bail while enquiries continue.”
