A vegan market is coming to Darlington this weekend, making it the perfect chance to get some early Christmas shopping done.
Vegan Market Co is making its way to Darlington for the first time on Sunday, November 27.
The Darlington Vegan Market will take over West Row, and will feature a huge variety of vegan street food, artisan bakes, craft cheeses, handmade cosmetics, ethical clothing and jewellery, arts and crafts and charity stalls.
Everything on offer is created by ethical and sustainable businesses local businesses.

Lewis Beresford, VMCO’s Founder says: “We are so excited to be in Darlington for the first time. We work hard to find the country’s leading vegan producers, from street food vendors and bakers to ethical clothing and cosmetic producers.
“We also work with many local businesses and can’t wait to give all of these fantastic producers the platform they deserve and introduce them to the wonderful people of Darlington!”
Market Assett Management’s General Manager for Darlington Markets, Michael Harvey said: “The arrival of the Vegan Market Co on Sunday is testament to our burgeoning reputation as an events venue and part of our continued commitment to make Darlington Market a vibrant venue both indoors and outdoors, offering a diverse range of food, goods and experiences.”
The Darlington Vegan Market will be held on West Row and will run from 10:30am to 4pm on Sunday, November 27.
The business ran its first event back in 2016 and have quickly grown to cover over 50 locations across the UK.
It claims to showcase the country’s best ethical and sustainable producers and make it our mission to make veganism accessible and inclusive.
