Police are appealing for information about an altercation between a man and woman outside a Darlington school.
It happened at around 8.30am on Friday November 18, on Wilkes Street, Darlington next to Corporation Road School.
Police say 'an altercation' took between a male and female believed to have been previously travelling in a grey/silver van parked at the location.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information which may assist with the investigation, is asked to contact PC Paul Clarke on the below on 101 and use the extension 202581.
