A Darlington park has been cordoned off by police with a major investigation underway.
North Lodge Park was cordoned off by officers this morning and remains closed this lunchtime.

All entrances to the park are taped off. Police cars are also situated around the park with one inside the park where there is another large cordon.
The reason for the closure is not yet known.
