Drivers travelling along a North East road have been warned of the dangers of water after a water main burst along the route.
Motorists that have tried to travel down Low Lane/Thornaby Road at Ingleby Barwick have faced significant issues on Sunday (November 13) after water agencies and the police confirmed that a water main had burst.
It's believed that the issue began at around 5pm, but police haven't been able to pinpoint when it will be corrected.

Officers from Cleveland Police have advised drivers to avoid the route and take time while travelling on alternative routes.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "Motorists are advised of a burst water main near the Low Lane/Thornaby Road junction at Ingleby Barwick.
"The fast water flow is affecting both carriageways and is likely to take some time to be stemmed.
"We would therefore advise motorists to seek alternative routes while repair work by our colleagues from Northumbrian Water takes place.
"Thank you for your cooperation and understanding."
