A crash on a major North East road left queuing traffic and congestion this morning
The incident happened on the A66 Eastbound near the A135 at Surtees Bridge at around 8.35am this morning.
Severe delays were seen in the area of up to 13 minutes and an average speed of 15 mph.
However, the incident was soon over by around 9.18pm when congestion cleared and traffic was no longer queuing.
The Northern Echo has contacted Cleveland Police for more information on the incident.
