A mother dragged her son to the police station after discovering he had played a part in smashing a window at a bungalow before running away.
The incident happened on Park Road at around 7.45pm on Saturday, October 15 and involved a group of youths throwing a glass lemonade bottle at a bungalow.
Four boys were spotted running from the scene soon after and police issued an appeal for witnesses.
Following the appeal, a mother challenged her 14-year-old son about the incident and brought him into the police station for questioning.

In total, four 15-year-old boys were interviewed regarding the damaged window and all admitted to their part in it.
PC Jane Jones said they all agreed to pay “compensation” to cover the cost to get the window repaired.
She added: “They have also agreed to take part in restorative justice with the victim which includes apologising for the damage and upset they have caused.
"I thank the victim and the parents for supporting this process which will hopefully put a stop to such offending in the future."
