Two boys have been stabbed during a "disturbance" in a North East town as police have launched an investigation.
A 16-year-old and 17-year-old boy both suffered stab wounds after reports of large groups of people fighting with weapons on Rothbury Avenue in Stockton.
The incident, which was reported at around 10.45pm on Saturday, October 29, saw a large emergency service presence at the scene.

It has since been confirmed that the 17-year-old was given medical treatment by police and paramedics before being taken to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
On the evening, a 16-year-old boy who also suffered a stab wound was taken to the University Hospital of North Tees and was later discharged.
Two boys, 15 and 16, have since been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and remain in police custody at this time.
