Police are investigating a 'disturbance' at a derelict County Durham home after two men were rushed to hospital and four people were arrested.
Officers from Durham Police attended a property in Ripley Court, Sacriston, at around 4.30pm on Wednesday (October 26) following reports of an alleged altercation taking place on nearby Front Street.
A police cordon was put in place around Front Street on Wednesday evening while police officers investigated, while specialist forensic officers were seen at the property on Ripley Court on Thursday (October 27) afternoon.

Following the large police presence in Sacriston, Durham Police has released a statement in relation to the events of Wednesday afternoon.
In a statement, they confirmed that officers believe the disturbance is linked to an altercation, which saw two men rushed to hospital.
They have since been released.
Three men and a woman have been arrested in connection with the incident and remain in police custody.
Now that the details have emerged, Durham Police has moved to reassure residents that it's an 'isolated' incident.
A spokesperson for the police force said: “Officers would like to reassure residents that this is believed to be an isolated incident and we are not looking for anyone else in connection to it.
“Anyone with any information or dashcam footage is asked to call Durham Constabulary on 101, quoting incident reference 280 of October 26.”
