A former Cleveland Police officer is facing allegations that he carried out a sex act in one of the force's vehicles.
Former PC Matthew Lewis is facing three charges at a misconduct hearing next week including that he engaged in sexual activity on police premises and in police vehicles while he was on duty.
The ex-officer is also alleged to have shared of a woman, known only as Miss A, without her consent as well as failing to be open and honest when giving an account of what he had done with the images of Miss A.
He is subject to a two-day disciplinary hearing next week when he could be barred from ever working for a police force again.

A second officer, Clare Ogden, is also alleged to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour concerning Honesty & Integrity, Confidentiality and Discreditable Conduct.
The former officer is alleged she recorded sensitive information on her personal mobile phone and sent it to a third party.
It's also claimed that Ms Ogden engaged in sexualised behaviour while on police premises.
Mr Lewis will face the misconduct hearing on Monday and Tuesday while Miss Ogden's disciplinary hearing will take place the following day.

Engaging in sexual activity on police premises and in police vehicles whilst on duty.

Receiving and sending intimate images of Miss A, without Miss A’s consent.

Failing to be open and honest when giving an account of what he had done with the images of Miss A.
