Residents will also get WiFi included, and access to rooftop terraces and communal gardens.
However the new city centre apartments don’t come cheap, with rents starting at a whopping £1180pcm for a studio and £2300pcm for a three-bed apartment.
It’s part of the major Milburngate development which will also include a new Everyman cinema, set to open this winter.
Speaking on the new residential scheme, Colleen McCaughey, Community Manager at The Gardens said: “The Gardens reflects a new vision of rental living where residents can truly live amongst it all.
