Armed police were today spotted at two estates on Teesside after what is believed to be a raid on multiple properties.
Earlier this afternoon police officers, police vans and multiple armed officers were spotted on Ryhope Avenue in Roseworth, Stockton.
Later in the afternoon, at around 1.30pm, further officers and armed police were seen in the Hardwick and Roseworth areas again.

Reports have also suggested that a police helicopter was seen circling the area at around 11.30am.
It is currently unknown what sparked such a large police response, however, there have also been spotted in the area around Roseworth Community and Social Club at Junction Road.
Eyewitness to the scene Kevin Nelson, said: "I first saw them at the back of one of my neighbours houses at 12:02 and that picture is at 12:08
"I saw the 2 armed offices a couple of the BMW 4x4 also the helicopter
"But other than that I have no idea what it was about."
