A crash on Teesside has resulted in one lane of a busy A-Road being closed while the vehicles are recovered.
The crash involved a Mercedes and an HGV at roughly 6.15am this morning (Thursday, October 20) in Southbank, near Middlesbrough.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported and traffic appears to be coping well in the area.
The AA Traffic map showed traffic building up slightly between 6.15am and 7.30am, however, it now seems to be back to usual.
A spokeswoman from Cleveland Police said: “An RTC involving a Mercedes and a HGV was reported around 6.15am on Greystone Road in Southbank. There are no injuries reported and the vehicles will need to be recovered.”
Cleveland Fire Brigade was approached for comment.
