A man is fighting for his life after being found with serious head injuries at an address in Newcastle.
Emergency services were called to Jubilee Terrace shortly after 1.30pm on Saturday.
Paramedics reported that a 36-year-old man had been found with a serious injury to his head.

Police are now investigating and have arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Now, as part of their enquiries, officers are appealing to the public for information.

Detective Chief Inspector Angela Hudson, of Northumbria Police, said: “This has been a very serious incident which has left a man in a critical condition in hospital.
“I’m urging anyone who may have seen something suspicious in the area around that time or who has any information that may help with our investigation, to get in touch.”
