A crash on a busy road in Darlington has left it partially blocked with heavy traffic in the area.
The incident was first reported at 6.06am on the B6280 Carmel Road at the junction with Abbey Road.
Although disruption was initially minimal at the time of the incident, as rush hour hit, disruption increased.

Later it was revealed the road had become partially blocked following the incident and there was heavy traffic in the area.
Google traffic later revealed heavy traffic in the area as rush hour in the North East town hit.
The Northern Echo has contacted Durham Constabulary for more information on the incident.
A spokesperson for Durham Constabulary said: "There was a two-car collision on Carmel Road North at the junction of Hummersknott Avenue, and we were called shortly after 7am."
