New details have emerged about a County Durham Wetherspoon pub put up for sale last month.
The Water House on North Road in Durham was put up for sale last month as one of 32 others across the UK on the market.
CBRE and Savills have been appointed to market the pubs, which are in town and city centre locations, as revealed by The Caterer's report last month.
Now, new details have emerged about the sale of the pub in a listing posted by Savills revealing its rateable value and dimensions.

In its listing, Savills confirmed the rateable value of The Water House stood at £105,000 in 2017.
The listing showed the property's total size including the ground, basement, first, and first and second floors spanned 495 sq m, working out to around 5,328 sq ft.
It also confirmed fixtures and fittings with the exception of all tills, IT equipment, leased and branded items can be included as part of the sale should they be required.
Meanwhile, it also said stock will be removed from the premises prior to completion.
The property will hold a premises licence allowing the sale of alcohol until 1am Monday to Sunday.
The Water House is a three storey mid-terraced public house, with a single storey flat roof extension to the rear, and an internal courtyard used for storage at the front.

The Water House is located near the city centre, close to the Crossgate locality, within the Durham City Conservation Area.
Last month, Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon, when speaking on the sale of the pubs, said: "On occasion Wetherspoon does put some of its pubs up for sale.
"This is a commercial decision. We understand that customers and staff will be disappointed with it. The pubs will continue to operate as Wetherspoon outlets until they are sold."
