The Yorkshire Shepherdess has hinted that “other projects” are in the pipeline for her – sending fans of the popular TV personality into the excitement of the thought of seeing her once again on our screens.

While Channel 5 has made no official announcement about Our Yorkshire Farm, which follows the story of the Shepherdess Amanda Owen, along with her family on their farm in Ravenseat in the Yorkshire Dales, other programmes might be with us soon.

Appearing on ITV’s Lorraine, Amanda answered questions about her upcoming TV appearances – but was very tight-lipped about the break-up of her marriage with her husband Clive earlier this year – which has sparked questions about the future format of Our Yorkshire Farm.

Since the split, fans have been wondering whether the show will follow just one of them or whether it will be cancelled altogether.

Despite the uncertainty, it seems that Amanda and Channel 5 are open to ideas on how to move forward – with both sides confirming that future content is on the way.

The popular television network has said that Amanda, Clive and the rest of the Owen family are “hugely important” to them and that they are working on a “number of” new programmes with them.

A Channel 5 spokesperson said around the time of Amanda and Clive’s breakup said: “We respect the privacy of Amanda and Clive Owen at this time. They are very much a part of the Channel 5 family, and we will continue to work with them in the future.”

“I can say with absolute certainty is that Amanda, Clive and the whole of the Owen clan are hugely important to the Channel 5 family and we are continuing to work with both on a number of new programmes to be announced in due course.”

However, further rumours also started at the end of last week when Amanda appeared on Lorraine, with The Yorkshire Shepherdess saying she had “new projects going on,” adding: “well, there’s all kinds of up-and-coming projects that I obviously have to remain firmly quiet about.”
