The windows of a home on a North East street have been smashed amid fears of gun shots and a 'drive-by shooting' overnight.
Cleveland Police erected a cordon around the Wilton Way property, in Eston, Redcar, on Sunday morning. One police van is located outside the semi-detached home, with one officer standing guard.

Residents have reported "gunshots" being heard at around 1am on Sunday. The property, which has a smashed front window and damaged upstairs window, is understood to be occupied by an 80-year-old woman.
Windows of the home have been damaged in the incident, with the front window completely shattered and large sharp panes of glass visible.
There is also damage to the front upstairs window where the glass is cracked and a small section of the window has been smashed.
Some of the damage has now been boarded up.
Cleveland Police are yet to provide any information on the nature of the incident.
