A well-known pub boss has delivered rapturous praise for a beloved food truck in Barnard Castle.
Craig Harker, owner of The George Pub & Grill and popular food blogger, tried the barbeque burger from Gobblebox, a street food burger vendor located in Barnard Castle.
The burger, one food van's specialties, is priced at £6.50, and contains smash beef patties, American cheese, Monterey cheese, bacon, and two kinds of onions, alongside whiskey burger sauce.
Located on the Harmire Enterprise Park, Gobblebox is a popular choice for lunch, with Craig saying: "When we came, there was a queue outside for one of these burgers - this lad is busy."

About the Gobblebox burger, Craig said: "That is a seriously good burger. It's soft, juicy, exactly what you want from a proper beef smash patty."
"Seriously, that burger is insane!"
Gobblebox is a mainstay for burger lovers in Barnard Castle - so for some, it comes as no surprise that Craig deemed the burger "one of the best".
Owner and chef Camran is always bringing an inventive flair to their menu.
The newest burger on their menu is two smash patties, melted mozzarella, spicy salami and red pepper relish - an Italian twist on a classic American cheeseburger.
Craig isn't the only fan of Gobblebox - with happy customers leaving plenty of rave reviews on the business's Facebook page.
