Controlled explosions of grenades are continuing in an area of Saltburn this morning.
Explosions to dispose of the grenades took place yesterday evening in the Brough Farm/Coastguard Cottages area of Saltburn by the Sea.
And Cleveland Police say there will be more this morning.
They have warned the public to stay clear of the area.
A police spokesman said: "Following on from last night's controlled explosions of hand grenades in the area near the field next to Brough Farm/Coastguard Cottages, Saltburn by the Sea, there will be more explosions taking place this morning.
"We continue to ask the public to stay away from the area.
"Many thanks."
