Police are growing concerned for the welfare of a man from Consett who went missing yesterday.
Mark Shield was last seen at his home on Langdon Close, Consett, at around 7.40pm yesterday (Wednesday, September 14).
The 37-year-old is described as around 5 ft 7 of medium build, with short dark brown hair, and may be wearing jeans and a black top.
Mark is believed to be driving his white ’12 plate Nissan Qashqai, and has strong links to the Consett and Derwentside areas.
Anybody who believes they may have seen Mark, or has information relating to his whereabouts, is asked to contact Durham Police on 101.
