Thousands of runners will be taking part in the Great North Run today but if you would rather watch from the comfort of your sofa, here's how.
The Great North Run route takes runners on a journey from Newcastle all the way to South Shields.
The half marathon starts at Newcastle City Centre before crossing the Tyne Bridge, passing Gateshead Stadium and heading into the final stretch in South Shields.

How to watch the Great North Run 2022 on TV?
Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, there have been some changes made to the TV schedules of several major UK broadcasters.
Instead of being able to watch live coverage on both BBC One and BBC Two channels, the run will be broadcast solely on BBC Two.

What time is the Great North Run on TV?
Viewers will be able to tune into the Great North Run on BBC Two from 10 am.
The live coverage will be presented by Gabby Logan present and the coverage will include on-course reporting from Jeanette Kwakye and JJ Chalmers.
There will also be commentary by Steve Cram, Paula Radcliffe and Tanni Grey-Thompson which will last until 12.15pm.
