More than 100 jobs are set to be on offer at the Metrocentre ahead of the festive season, with a huge jobs fair to be held in two weeks’ time.
The shopping centre’s annual jobs fair is returning for 2022 as stores gear up for the festive season and look to take on new staff to help them cope with increased demand.
Some of the mall’s biggest names including Primark, Victoria’s Secret, New Look and Harrods’ H Beauty will all be taking on new staff, with more names expected to sign up.

Gavin Prior, Metrocentre Centre Director said: “It is anticipated that over 100 jobs will be available across the centre so we’re encouraging job hunters to come along and meet us, and you never know you might find the perfect role for you.
“Metrocentre is a destination that offers shopping, dining and leisure attractions, and as such the range of jobs on offer is wide and varied.
“We’ve had some fantastic additions to the malls this year with H Beauty from Harrods and regional flagships for JD and H&M HOME, so there really is something for everyone.
“The job market is a competitive one right now so it’s great that we can offer additional perks such as free parking and staff discounts available in over 80 of our stores.”
Candidates are being asked to take along a printed CV with the chance to impress potential employers face-to-face instead of applying online.
