A footwear store is set to close its doors and leave Teesside Park in the autumn.
The park's owners have confirmed that Footasylum will be leaving the retail park in a few weeks time following the ending of its lease.
The Northern Echo understands that the store will close for good in October and discussions are already underway with other retailers to move into the unit.
A spokesperson for Teesside Park said: “We’re holding conversations with potential occupiers which are progressing well, and we’re excited to update on the plans once we’re able to.”
Footasylum sells shoes and trainers for both adults and children, including big name brands such as Adidas, North Face and Nike.
Established in 2005, the chain has more than 65 stores across the UK and also has an online shop.
