It was earlier this month confirmed that the iconic programme would make a return to our screens on ITV2 after it was axed by Channel 5 in 2018.
At the time, a 20-second trailer showing the new Big Brother eye along with the famous theme tune was shared across ITV's social media.

The move prompted such concerns with even Big Brother's Marcus Bentley weighing in to concerns.
I haven’t a clue. Perhaps that’s their way. I wouldn’t worry, as they’ve signed a contract. ITV are the biggest channel in the country.

But ITV has today confirmed to The Northern Echo that Big Brother will still be making a return to ITV2 as planned next year.
A spokesperson said: "Big Brother will return to ITV and ITVX in 2023."
ITV did not explain why the tweets had been deleted.
Paul Mortimer, Director of Reality Commissioning & Acquisitions and Controller, ITV2, ITVBe and CITV previously said: “This refreshed, contemporary new series of Big Brother will contain all the familiar format points that kept viewers engaged and entertained the first time round, but with a brand new look and some additional twists that speak to today’s audience.
"We’re beyond excited to bring this iconic series to ITV2 and ITVX where it should especially engage with our younger viewers.”
