A four-year-old boy who was previously reported missing alongside his mother while in Turkey have been found.
An appeal was launched on Wednesday after George Jack Temperley-Wells went missing from the Marina area of Alanya, having travelled from Darlington with his mother, Brogan Elizabeth Temperley, on June 29.
Police raised serious concerns for the pair, describing George as having red hair, pale complexion and dark eyes.
They were said to have spent time in Turkey with the four-year-old’s father, 41-year-old Scott Nigel Wells.
But police confirmed they had safely been found on Friday afternoon - and they have now returned to the UK.
