A street in the North East has successfully scooped thousands after each winning a ticket on the Postcode Lottery.
Announced on Postcode Lottery’s Twitter, four neighbours in Gateshead each scooped thousands in the prize.
The NE8 1XT postcode in Gateshead each won £30,000 per ticket after the lucky win.

The Postcode Lotter is a subscription lottery aimed to raise money for charities.

For £10 a month, players can take part with a chance to win after they are automatically entered into every draw and prizes are announced every day of the month.
33 percent of the ticket price also goes to charities, aimed at helping good causes.
The People’s Postcode Lotter unveils the £30,000 street prize every week on Saturday and Sunday.
