A woman was taken to hospital last night after her car caught fire after being crashed into a roundabout near Bolton Abbey.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue sent two appliances to the incident on the A59 on Bolton Bridge near Bolton Abbey.
Police say an Audi Q2 left the road and crashed with the roundabout causing the car to catch fire.

A woman in her 20s was treated at the scene for a neck injury after which she was taken to hospital for further treatment.
Fire service crews extinguished the fire and made the scene and vehicle safe.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said: “two breathing apparatus, two hose reels, a thermal imaging camera and lighting was used at this incident. “
