The first pictures of the scene where three teenagers died in a horror car crash have been revealed, as police continue to investigate the tragic incident.
Emergency services were called to B6268, Masham Road, near Thornton Watlass, Bedale, at around 11pm on Friday (July 29), following reports of a one-car collision on the stretch of road.
Following the collision, North Yorkshire Police confirmed on Saturday (July 30) morning that three men had died after the grey Alfa Romeo that they were travelling was involved in a crash.

The three teenagers, two 18-year-olds and a 17-year-old, who died in the crash were passengers in the vehicle.
An 18-year-old man who was driving sustained serious injuries and is currently receiving treatment in hospital.
At this stage, police believe that the Alfa Romeo is the only car involved in the collision.

Twelve hours on from the horrific crash, floral tributes have been left at the Masham Road scene by family and friends, while debris, sand and oil can still be seen in the undergrowth and road surface around the crash site.
No police were at the scene this morning - but officers from North Yorkshire Police are continuing to investigate the fatal incident.
The police force is also appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, may have seen the vehicle in the area prior to the collision or anyone who may have dashcam footage or any other information that could help the investigation.
