Almost 2,000 homes were left without power while emergency services tackled a hay fire this evening.
About 50 bales of hay were alight in Warkworth, in the Northumberland area.
Crews from Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service were called to tackle the blaze in the Barns Road area on Friday evening.

Northern Powergrid said about 1,984 properties were affected by the outage after a decision was made to turn off overhead power lines due to the proximity to the fire.
Power was restored at about 6pm, when fire crews had also left the scene.
