A funeral will be held later today for a teaching assistant from Darlington.
Chris Greaves, who worked at Wyvern Academy in Branksome, Darlington, was found dead on Thursday, July 7.
The father of five was very popular at the school, where he worked as a higher teaching assistant, teaching maths to children with special educational needs.
Family, friends and members of the community who wish to pay their respects are welcome to attend Requiem Mass at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in Cockerton at 1pm, with a wake at Mowden Rugby Club afterwards.

Rachel Greaves, Chris’ wife, told The Northern Echo previously: “He had such a bubbly personality and sadly took his own life after his mental health declined.
“I just want other people to know that if they’re struggling please speak up and get help.
“He was very popular at Wyvern, everyone loved him. They (pupils) understood him and he understood them. It’s just devastating what he’s left behind.
“He has left behind his legacy, our beautiful children.”
Wyvern Academy, in Darlington, paid its respects to the 47-year-old.
Headteacher Mr Inglis said shortly after Chris’ death: “We will always remember Chris as a member of staff who deeply cared for our students.
"He was passionate about being in the classroom and supporting our students. He was a much-loved colleague by staff and students alike and we will deeply miss him.”
At the family’s request, all those in attendance at the funeral should wear bright colours.
