Love Island returned to our screens again tonight and didn’t disappoint when it came to drama and cute moments between islanders with Thirsk star Tasha having a very important question to ask Andrew.

The pair have been on a tough journey in the villa together with their latest tension brewing as the islanders returned from Casa Amor both coupled up with new partners.

As the series has continues though, Tasha and Andrew have realised they have something special that they’d like to pursue.

In tonight’s episode we saw the pair climb to the next step on the relationship ladder.

Tasha asks Andrew to be her girlfriend during tonight’s episode of ITV’s Love Island

The model and dancer asked her fellow islanders for help in surprising Andrew in tonight’s episode.

Tasha revealed: “I’ve been planning on making Andrew my boyfriend!”  

She added: “I’ve made up a whole speech.” 

Andrew found notes that had been left by Tasha around the villa in spots where the pair had shared special moments together including the fire pit.

While he was on the hunt, Tasha waited nervously for the other islanders to get the ball rolling.

They shared a sweet moment where they discussed their future and the chat ended with Tasha asking Andrew: "Andrew Edward Le Page, will you be my boyfriend?"

Andrew agreed with a big smile on his face, saying: "Yeah, of course I f****** will."

The other islanders cheered from the terrace as the pair shared a kiss.

They have become the first official couple in this year’s series of Love Island.
