Sam, 28, who is due to give birth in January, told The Northern Echo: “He was the best person you would ever meet.
“We had the best life. I finally got pregnant and when he found out he was so happy about that. He was over the moon.
She added: “I had all these images of him with the kids and the babies. He’s such an amazing father and I’m never going to get that chance to see him with them.
“He was such a good person. I’m absolutely heartbroken I’ve lost him. I loved him so much and he loved me so much.”
Aaron ran a landscaping business, A&S Groundworks, and had three children and a step-daughter.
Originally from Ushaw Moor, he and Sam moved to Esh Winning last November to have a family home together.
Sam added: “He was so hard-working and committed to his family. I didn’t have to worry about anything. He was the best husband in the world.”
He also loved going to the gym and other sports, was a dedicated family man and was a fan of the social media site TikTok, regularly entertaining his half a million followers with his videos.
“He was such a character,” said Sam. “He was so full of personality.
“He was good at everything; gymnastics, football, he could do 10 backflips. He was a MMA fighter. He was a man of many talents. He was amazing.
“You could have met him once and you would never forget him.”
