Police have confirmed today that a man has died from injuries sustained in a three-vehicle A66 crash that killed his wife.
The crash, involving an HGV, a Volkswagen Golf and a Volkswagen T Cross, happened on the A66 near Warcop in Cumbria on Monday, May 23.

Christine Goodings, 61, of Tyne and Wear, was a passenger in the Golf and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Today (June 30) Cumbria Police confirmed that her husband Steven Goodings, 60, who was driving the Golf, died in hospital on June 16.
The driver of the T Cross, a woman in her 50s, was in hospital but has since been discharged.
Two further people suffered minor injuries.
Officers are still appealing for witnesses to get in touch.
