The refund process for disappointed Teesside Air show visitors has been announced after a damning report into the event’s failings has been published.
Traffic chaos at the event left thousands of guests unable to reach the airfield and forced to watch the displays from the side of the road.
This morning (June 28) Skylive Air, organisers of the beleaguered event have announced how those disappointed guests can claim a refund for their tickets.
Only those who didn’t make it into the event will be offered a refund.

“Sadly, not everyone will qualify for a refund but this is what we’ve been able to get agreement on from the organisers.”
