A man is in hospital after being assaulted by a group of men in Hartlepool.
Hartlepool Police is appealing for information after a man was assaulted by a group of men in the early hours of yesterday (Sunday, June 19) in Hartlepool town centre.
It happened shortly before 4am on Church Street and the 23-year-old victim suffered head and facial injuries for which he had to receive hospital treatment.

Any witnesses or anyone with information/dash cam or cctv, please contact Cleveland Police on the 101-number quoting ref 104919.
