POLICE are appealing for a cyclist to come forward who possibly witnessed a fatal motorbike crash in North Yorkshire.
A 52-year-old man died in the crash which happened on the top road from Colne to Carleton in Craven – known as Skipton Old Road - with the junction to Lothersdale at around 5.50pm on Tuesday, May 17.

It involved a silver Yamaha Thundercat motorbike and a black Ford Fiesta.
Sadly, the rider of the motorcycle, a 52-year-old man from Bacup, died at the scene.
The driver of the Fiesta, a now 19-year-old local man, was not injured and is continuing to help officers with their enquiries.
The road was closed for several hours while the emergency services worked at the scene.
It re-opened at around 1.30am the following day.
As part of the ongoing investigation, officers are urging a man on a bicycle to come forward who is believed to have been at the scene before the police arrived.
