REPORTS of a stabbing on busy Middlesbrough street last night saw emergency services on scene and one person taken to hospital.
The incident happened at around 8pm last night (Saturday, May 21) on Parliament Street where one person had been injured.

Reports suggest that the person had been stabbed, however, nothing has been confirmed so far.
A number of police vans and cars attended the scene as well as the ambulance service, who took one man to the hospital.
A spokesperson for North East Ambulance Service said: “We received a call to 999 at 8pm on Saturday to reports of a person injured on Parliament Road in Middlesbrough.

“We dispatched the medicar with a police and paramedic crew, a clinical team leader and an emergency ambulance and took a male patient to hospital."
Cleveland Police have been contacted for a comment
