AN investigation into the death of a woman who fell from a building has concluded there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
The woman, aged in her 40s, died after falling from the fourth storey ledge of a property in Albemarle Crescent in Scarborough on Monday (May 9).

A man was arrested and later released under investigation.
Today, a North Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "The initial investigation into the death of a woman in her 40s in Albemarle Crescent in Scarborough on Monday 9 May, has concluded and we can now confirm that officers do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.
"The man who was arrested in connection with the incident has now been released from the investigation with no further action taken against him.
"A report will now be prepared for the Coroner to inform a future inquest."
