A MAN who was arrested after a woman died when she fell from a building has been released under investigation.
The woman, in her 40s, sustained fatal injuries after falling from the fourth-storey ledge of a property in Albemarle Crescent in Scarborough on Monday evening (May 9).

Officers were called to the property at around 5.25pm when a member of the public saw a woman on the ledge.
A short time later, she fell.
Police say the investigation is in the early stages and officers are working to establish the exact circumstances that led to her death.
Today (Wednesday, May 11) North Yorkshire Police confirmed that the man arrested on Monday evening has been released under investigation.
A spokesman added: "Enquries are continuing."
At the time of the incident, the road was closed to allow emergency services to attend.
It reopened at around 9.15pm and was then also temporarily closed again on Tuesday lunchtime to allow investigation work to continue.
On the same evening police were called at 7.50pm to reports that a second person had fallen from a building on Foreshore Road in Scarborough.
Police attended the scene along with the ambulance service and a woman was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
