THESE are all the drivers from Darlington who appeared in court after committing a driving offence in the past week.
Several people from around the town appeared before Magistrates after being charged with varying driving offences.
Such offences usually consist of either speeding, driving without insurance, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or driving without due care and attention.

These offences usually land people with a fine and driving points, but sometimes this can become a disqualification from driving in some instances.
These are the people in Darlington who were fined after committing a driving offence this week in court:
- Vardan Yesayan, 29 of Pateleymoor Crescent, Darlington
Yesayan was caught speeding by manned equipment on Geneva Road in Darlington.
His case was heard at magistrates court on Tuesday May 3 and was fined £220 and his driving record was endorsed with three points as well.
- Callum Till, 28 of Pierremont Crescent, Darlington
Till was charged after failing to comply with the solid white line road markings while travelling in Leeds.
His case was heard at magistrates court on Tuesday May 3 and was fined £220 and his driving record was endorsed with three points.
- Graham Sanderson Spence, 50 of Hutton Avenue, Darlington
Spence was caught speeding on a 30mph road while driving on Brinkburn Road in Darlington.
His case was heard at magistrates court on Wednesday May 4 and was fined £440 and was endorsed with four points on his driving record.

- Marion Whittingham, 59 of Bowen Road, Darlington
Whittingham was caught speeding on a 30mph road by manned equipment on Staindrop Road in Darlington.
Her case was heard at magistrates court on Tuesday May 3 and was fined £220 and endorsed with three points on her driving licence.
- Gemma Wright, 33 of Hammond Drive, Darlington
Wright was caught speeding on a 30mph road by manned equipment on Carmel Road North in Darlington.
Her case was heard at magistrates court on Wednesday May 4 and her driving record was endorsed with three points.
- David Summers, 61 of Annandale, Darlington
Summers was caught speeding on a 30mph road by manned equipment on Staindrop Road in Darlington.
His case was heard at magistrates court on Wednesday May 4 and was fined £40 and his driving record endorsed with three points.
- David Stanway, 47 of Brougham Street, Darlington
Stanway was caught speeding on a 30mph road by manned equipment on Carmel Road North as well as failing to give information relating to the driver at the time of the offence.
His case was heard at magistrates court on Tuesday May 3 and was fined £660 and his driving record was endorsed with six points.
- James Michael Scott, 20 of Tyne Crescent, Darlington
Scott was caught driving without third party insurance in Darlington.
His case was heard at magistrates court on Tuesday May 3 and was fined £320 and had his driving record endorsed with six points.

- Brian Thornton, 42 of Park Lane, Darlington
Thornton was caught speeding on a 30mph road by manned equipment while on Geneva Road in Darlington.
His case was heard at magistrates court on Wednesday May 4 and was fined £92 and had his driving record endorsed with three points.
