Hotel chain Travelodge is beginning a summer recruitment drive to fill 20 jobs across its hotels in the North East including 11 hotels in Tyne and Wear, five hotels in County Durham and three hotels in Northumberland.
The jobs range from managerial positions to housekeeping.
The hotel chain says that it will welcome applications from all candidates, including Ukrainian refugees who need a fresh start and have a right to work in the UK.
It has also said that it is committed to supporting parents by offering jobs close to home, flexible working hours around the school run, a range of benefits, and a path into management.
The 20 jobs available across the North East are permanent and needed filling immediately.
